I am a recent graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Systems and Information Science. As an IT professional, I aspire to bridge the gap between technological possibilities and people. I accomplish this is by creating a seamless user experiences with websites. Using my prior experience in support, UX/UI design, and consulting, I aspire to make technology understandable and readily accessible to all.
Currently, I serve on the customer success team at PromoteIQ and Microsoft Advertising, proactively contributing to product quality enhancements and creating self-help assets to assist clients. Outside of my role, I enjoy travelling, web design, and development. Thanks again for stopping by!
